Buttocklift Case #101

This is a 37 year old mother of three who came to our office from Liberty, Texas. She has lost over 92 pounds in the past year through diet and exercise, and was looking for an improved appearance of her abdomen and breasts. The patient is 5’7”, weighed 140 pounds and was in overall great shape. During the surgeon’s physical exam, there were a lot of stretch marks in the lower portion of the abdomen and around the belly button, in addition, there was fascial and skin laxity that was rather pronounced. The lower buttocks was also very loose along with the posterior thighs. The breasts showed involutional atrophy with prominent nipples.  In order to achieve the results the patient was after, the recommendation was for an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and breast augmentation with nipple reduction as a primary procedure, then at a later date a buttock lift. The procedure was performed in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas and the patient went home the same day. Two days later she walked back in to our office for her first follow up visit doing well.  The after pictures were taken 3 months later, the patient was very pleased with her new flat tummy and fuller breasts.

One year after her first procedure, the buttock lift was performed. The results were amazing.

To conclude, the patient had worked very hard to lose weight, get in shape and be healthy for herself and her kids.  And now she is thrilled to show of her great results.
