Corrective Torso Surgery Case #170

A very active 34 year old mother of three came to our office seeking breast enhancement and possible abdominoplasty. During her consultation, she was noted to have deflated breasts bilaterally, as well as, a mildly protuberant abdomen, as a result of abdominal wall laxity. The recommendation was to first perform a breast augmentation using cohesive silicone gel implants and mastopexy (breast lift) with nipple reduction, and abdominoplasty with repair of diastases recti. The surgery was performed in our private surgical suite in Webster, TX. The surgeon used a areola incision to place the 450cc silicone implants and excess tissue was removed from the abdomen. At her 3 month follow-up appointment, she expressed how happy she was with her results.
