Breast Augmentation Case #120

This is a 26 year old mother of two, who works as a teacher in Friendswood, Texas. She was referred by a coworker who had a breast augmentation at our facility in Webster, Texas a year ago. She arrived at our office interested in breast enhancement. During her consult, the surgeon found her to be a great candidate for an augmentation. She was 5’2”, 150 pounds, and had bilateral small B cup breasts with no dominant masses, however, she did have pseudo ptosis on the left secondary to a slightly higher inframammary fold which could be improved during the procedure. The recommendation was for a breast augmentation using 400cc saline implants, placed in a submuscualr position, using an inframammary incision, then the implants would be overfilled to 460cc’s in order to achieve the look the patient was after. The surgery was performed in our private surgical suite during her school’s Thanksgiving break. She was able to return to teaching right on schedule after the holiday not having to take any extra time off.
