Breast Augmentation Case #130

This is a 23 year old student at Lee College in Baytown, Texas, who desires fuller breasts. During her examination, the surgeon found her to be a perfect candidate for breast augmentation. She had nicely shaped, full B cup breasts with nipples above the inframammary fold, no dominant masses or ptosis. The recommendation was for bilateral breast augmentation using saline implants. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas, where the surgeon placed 475cc saline implants in a submuscular position using an inframammary incision. Then both implants were overfilled to 550cc’s in order to achieve the look the patient was after. The patient was very compliant with all of her instructions and routine post operative visits. At three months her after pictures were taken. She was very pleased with her results and since then has referred multiple friends to our facility.
