Breast Augmentation Case #142

This is a 50 year old, single mother of two, who works as a dental hygienist in Alvin, Texas. She came to our office interested in a breast augmentation. She had been wanting this procedure for a long time, and at her consultation she was very pleased to find out that she was an excellent candidate for the procedure. During her exam, the surgeon discovered nicely shaped B cup breasts with no dominant masses and no drooping. The recommendation was for breast augmentation using either saline or silicone implants, placing them in a submuscular position, using an inframammary incision. The patient chose to go with saline and the procedure was performed in our surgical suite in Webster, Texas. In order to achieve the look the patient desired, 400cc saline implants were used and filled to 460cc. The patient was able to return to work a week later and was very pleased with her results.
