Breast Augmentation Case #18

This is a 24 year old young lady who works at a medical spa in the Houston area. She is 5’2”, weighs 130 pounds, and is unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after having her first child 7 months ago. During her consultation at our office in Webster, Texas, the surgeon discovered not only loss of volume but also enlarged areolas. In order to achieve the results the patient was after, the surgeon recommended a periareola mastopexy (donut lift) with placement of 500cc silicone gel implants, in a submuscular position, using an areola incision. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite and the patient went home the same day.
