Breast Augmentation Case #39

This is a 27 year old African American young lady from Sugarland, Texas who is interested in a breast augmentation. She is single and works as an administrator for a children’s hospital. During her examination in our Webster, Texas office, the surgeon found her to have nicely shaped B cup breasts, with no drooping or masses. To achieve the look the patient desired, the surgeon recommended breast augmentation using 600cc silicone gel implants. The procedure was performed in our private surgical suite, where the surgeon placed the implants in a submuscualr position, using an inframammary incision. The patient went home the same day, had several postoperative visits, and three months later had her after pictures done showing the great results.
