Breast Augmentation Case #49
Before & After
Case Details
This is a 31 year old stay at home mother of two, who desires fuller breasts. She arrived for her consultation at our Webster, Texas office along with her husband. During her examination, the surgeon discovered slightly asymmetric B cup breasts. The recommendation was for bilateral breast augmentation using saline implants. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite. In order to fix the patient’s asymmetry, a 350cc saline implant was placed in the left breast and a 425cc implant in the right. Both implants were placed in a submuscular position using an inframammary incision. Finally, both implants were adjusted with saline to correct the volume discrepancies between the breasts. In conclusion, it must be said that not any two breasts are exactly the same, but our patient feels hers are perfect.
