Breast Augmentation Case #59

This is a 41 year old mother of one, who works in a dental office in La Porte, Texas. She arrived in our office in Webster, Texas desiring larger breasts. On examination, she is 5’4, weighs 120 pounds and has bilateral symmetric A cup breasts with involutional atrophy (deflation). The nipples were in a nice location on the breasts. The recommendation was for breast augmentation using saline implants. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite, where the surgeon placed 425cc implants in a submuscular position using an inframammary incision, then the implants were over filled to 510cc in order to achieve the look the patient was after.
