Breast Augmentation Case #65

This is a 29 year old married mother of one, who works as an information technologist for a private Baptist school in Pasadena, Texas.  She is interested in a breast augmentation. During her consultation, the examination revealed bilateral A cup breasts, with nipples above the fold. There were no dominant masses or ptosis (drooping). The recommendation was for breast augmentation using saline implants. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite in Webster, Texas, where the surgeon placed 350cc saline implants in a submuscular position, using an inframammary incision, then filled the implants to 405cc’s in order to achieve the look the patient desired. Her surgery took place on a Thursday and she was able to return to work the next Monday with just some slight discomfort. She was very pleased with her experience in our facility and with her results.
