Breast Augmentation Case #84

This is a 34 year old married, mother of two, who works as a radiology tech in the medical center. She came in to our Webster, Texas office interested in improving the look of her breasts. During consultation, the surgeon found the patient to have B cup breasts with involutional atrophy (deflation) and a little bit of glandular ptosis (drooping); however, this made her the perfect candidate for breast augmentation. The procedure took place shortly thereafter at our private surgical suite. In order to achieve the results the patient was after, the surgeon used 325cc silicone gel implants, placed them in a submuscular position, using an inframammary incision. The patient went home the same day, was able to return to work in one week and was very pleased with her results.
