Breast Augmentation Case #99

This is a 39 year old single CEO assistant from the Woodlands, Texas who came in to our office desiring a breast augmentation. She is 5’6”, weighs 125 pounds and is in great shape. During her consultation in our Webster, Texas office, the surgeon found her to have bilateral A cup breasts with no dominant masses, however the right breast was about 50 cc’s smaller than the left breast, which could easily be corrected with a breast augmentation alone. The procedure was scheduled shortly thereafter at our private surgical suite in our office building. In order to achieve the desired results, the surgeon used a 450cc silicone gel implant in the left breast and a 500cc in the right. Both were placed in a submuscular position, using an inframammary incision. Three months later the patient expressed to us how pleased she was with her fuller, more symmetric breasts.
