Breast Augmentation with Mastopexy Case #108

She is a 47 year old single mother of three who works for MD Anderson in the Houston medical center. She arrived at our office interested in cosmetic improvement of her breasts. On examination in our office in Webster, Texas, she had bilateral small B cup breasts with enlarged areolas and involutional atrophy. The recommendation would be for a periareola mastopexy with a breast augmentation.The procedure was performed at our private surgical suite, where the surgeon placed 325cc saline breast implants in a submuscular position using an areolar incision. Both implants were then overfilled to 430ccc in order to achieve the look the patient was after. The surgery was a success and the patient went home the same day. She was able to return to work after a week and is very pleased with her results.
