Nipple Reduction Case #118

This is a 43 year old single mother of one from Dayton, Texas. She works full time as a police officer. She is considering a breast enhancement. During her consult in our office in Webster, Texas, her examination revealed bilateral A cup breasts with prominent nipples. No dominant masses or ptosis (drooping). The recommendation was for a breast augmentation using silicone gel implants in combination with a nipple reduction. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite, where the surgeon placed 375cc silicone gel implants in a submuscular position using an inframammary incision. It was then followed by a bilateral nipple reduction using the “Moliver forceps”. The surgery was successful and the patient went home the same day. She returned to work after a couple of weeks to light duty and was released for full duty at 6 weeks. She has enjoyed her more feminine look and has had no issues performing her police duties.
