Nipple Reduction Case #135

This is a 30 year old young man who is an ex-marine and recently returned from tour of duty. During his consult in our office in Webster, Texas, the surgeon found his chest to be muscular, however, he had prominent, long nipples which have bothered him for some time. The recommendation was for a bilateral nipple reduction under local anesthesia. The procedure took place in our private surgical suite, where the surgeon used the “Moliver forceps” to conduct the amputation; he then applied a special dressing to the areas. The surgery was successful and the patient went home the same day. One week later his nipples were healing nicely without complications. Pictures were taken 3 months later, the patient was very pleased with his results.
