Rhinoplasty Case #31

This is a 17 year old young lady who is a student at Clear Lake High School and works part time in retail. She came in to our office in Webster, Texas with her parents to consult for a rhinoplasty. She had an accident during the summer and developed a little bit of a bump on the dorsum of her nose. The internal examination of the nose was benign. Externally she had a little bit of a bulbous tip and a dorsal hump. The recommendation was for a rhinoplasty to reduce the dorsal hump and defining work on the tip. The procedure was performed in our private surgical suite and the patient went home the same day. Seven days after her procedure, the splint was removed and although there was still quite a bit of swelling she already loved her results.
