Rhinoplasty Case #74

This is a 40 year old office administrator from Seabrook, Texas. She came in to our office in Webster, Texas to consult for a rhinoplasty. She is in great shape and works out regularly. She admits to having nasal trauma in the past. Examination of the nose showed a very bulbous tip and a widened dorsum with small boney protrusions on each side apparently secondary to the previous fracture. The recommendation was for an open rhinoplasty with dorsal hump and bulbous tip reduction. The procedure was performed in our private surgical suite and the patient went home the same day. Seven days after her procedure, the splint was removed and the patient was thrilled with her results.
