Rhinoplasty Case #93

This is an 18 year old high school graduate who will be attending Texas A&M in the fall. She came in to our office in Webster, Texas with her parents to consult for a rhinoplasty. Her nose showed a slight dorsal hump and a widened bulbous tip. She desired cosmetic improvement of her nose and nasal airway obstruction. The recommendation was for a turbinectomy and rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction and refinement of the nasal tip .The procedure was performed in our private surgical suite and the patient went home the same day. Seven days after her procedure, the splint was removed and although there was still quite a bit of swelling her nose looked great. She reported improvement in breathing and was thrilled with her results.
